Djarma CB ("the App") is an internal operations application used by registered agents and administrators of Djarma Commercial Brokers to process and manage transactions within our remittance network. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

The App is not available to the general public. Accounts are created and issued only by network administrators to authorized agents and staff; there is no public sign-up.

Information We Collect

Account information, for each registered agent or administrator:

• Full name, username, and mobile phone number
• Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form — never in plain text)
• Assigned role (agent or administrator) and city
• Preferred display language

Transaction information, entered by agents when processing a transfer:

• Sender's full name and phone number
• Receiver's full name and phone number
• Transfer amount, currency, exchange rate, and destination city
• Optional notes or remarks attached to a transaction

Activity and security logs:

• Login timestamps and outcomes (success/failure)
• IP address at the time of login
• A record of which staff member approved, cancelled, or modified a given transaction, for audit and accountability purposes

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not use third-party advertising or analytics services within the App.
• We do not process card payments or bank details of any kind — the App is an internal record-keeping (ledger) system for a cash-based agent network, not a payment processor.
• Sender and receiver contact details are used solely to complete and document a specific transfer, not for marketing or any unrelated purpose.

How We Use This Information

• To operate the core function of the App — creating, approving, and tracking transfers between agents and their customers
• To generate transaction receipts (as a PDF or image) for record-keeping
• To maintain an accurate audit trail of who performed which action, for internal accountability and fraud prevention
• To restrict access appropriately based on an account's assigned role and city

Data Storage and Security

Information is stored on secured, access-controlled servers. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to administrative functions and to other agents' account information is restricted by role.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share the information described above with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to comply with a legitimate legal request.

Data Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for as long as an account remains active and for a period afterward as required for financial record-keeping and audit purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
